How do I return an item?

GR Technologies does not accept returns or exchanges unless there are any manufacturing defects. Each item is inspected multiple times before we ship to you.

All items in question must be returned to GR Technologies L.L.C. for inspection prior to any refunds or exchanges.

Please contact us prior to returning any items. If you are not certain of which item to purchase, please contact us for advice.

Limited 60 Day Warranty:

Your new GR Mouthpiece is covered for a period of sixty days against any manufacturer's defects. GR Technologies will, at its option and upon inspection, repair or replace the mouthpiece, provided the item be returned within the stipulated warranty period.

This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship. We are happy to repair an item out of warranty at a nominal charge. We are sorry, but there are no refunds.

This warranty is only valid on items purchased Directly From GR Technologies, and not through a third party.

Trial Policy and Returns:

GR Technologies does not offer a trial policy.

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. GR is proud to have an extensive dealer and consultant network to assist you with your needs. If you are unable to see a dealer or consultant, we are happy to offer our services to assist you in making a wise purchase.

Shipping

Our standard shipping method is with FedEx. Current shipping prices will be plus handling fees apply..


You will be emailed confirmation information including tracking numbers. We ship using the fastest and most secure methods (FedEx). We do not ship to a PO Box, although, we can ship to FedEx hub or FedEx office for secure pick up. Other options are available; please email us if you have questions.

International Shipment: Standard method is FedEx. We will not devalue any product for customs purposes, nor will we ship using methods that can not be tracked. The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage fees incurred during shipping. For small shipments to most countries the brokerage fee is included shipping fee with FedEx.

Brazil Customers - We require all tax numbers for shipping.

Russia and Romania - Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Russia or Romania at this time.
